I hope it is long over since it took me so long to write this!Kelseyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02256355039094301578noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36725499.post-22831561828940233252009-10-27T12:12:09.218-04:002009-10-27T12:12:09.218-04:00Yuuuuuuck. You layer old towels and bed pads and blankets and whatever else you can manage in a sicko kid's bed at night. Then you just peel off a layer, clean up the child, hope for the best with Blankie and Bear, and put the kid back down.

We've had one experience thus far with TWO vomiting children all night long. We lasagna-ed up both their beds, which saved a lot of midnight matress cleaning.Erinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05170500094049647497noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36725499.post-6032425976793901142009-10-26T14:51:04.637-04:002009-10-26T14:51:04.637-04:00That sounds very tough. We followed docs advice and pumped her full of apple juice and red jello. Apparently we pumped her a tad too full as we had an oral eruption later that day. With her it was just an issue of eating too much of new food. I hope that's all it is with Katy.

-JJD Longhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13671705961117672395noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36725499.post-86632859282623392252009-10-25T12:23:26.401-04:002009-10-25T12:23:26.401-04:00Poor Katie (and Mommy and Daddy). Like Katie said,...Poor Katie (and Mommy and Daddy). Like Katie said, probably not food poisoning, but with little ones the indigestion can be intense and their body's just reject the food. I'll pray for the family that everyone stays healthy.Katehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16072355821766486094noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36725499.post-35357076171067831462009-10-24T18:25:44.053-04:002009-10-24T18:25:44.053-04:00Our doctor has always said it takes about 24 hours...Our doctor has always said it takes about 24 hours for something to be food poisoning and it's usually not the last thing you ate (though usually none of us can ever eat whatever it was that we ate before... you know.)

Hope you are all better. Wouldn't be fair to have stomach flu again.Katehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05737626342622550476noreply@blogger.com
