It just isn&#...I wish we could walk to our school! It just isn't possible given the distance (not to mention the route). Michael either rides the bus or I drop him off on preschool days. I am glad to hear you perspective on half day kinder. We have a full day program & I don't think it was a difficult adjustment for Michael overall. It definitely limits what I want to do in terms of afterschool stuff- I feel like it's just TOO much to add anything right now. Hmmm, I think I might do a post like this after our first teacher conference (which is Monday). Thanks for sharing thia & so glad that Katy is off to a great start :)bluedaisyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00501263462151943825noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36725499.post-24024921012465917262011-11-16T10:01:48.726-05:002011-11-16T10:01:48.726-05:00Wow! There's so much in this post Em!
I'm...Wow! There's so much in this post Em!

I'm glad school is going well overall. I agree about 1/2 day, I think it is a huge challenge to fit in all the curricular goals in that amount of time, especially when a typical kindergarten class has kids who are all over the map in terms of their skills.

It sounds like Katy is doing awesome, which is not really a surprise, but I'm sure is still something of a relief to you. :-)

I love that you are having a good experience with your neighborhood school and I'm looking forward to hearing more about it as the year goes on.Kelseyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02256355039094301578noreply@blogger.com
